MEET THE TEAM

Rachel has extensive experience in nonprofit administration, marketing, and event planning. Previously, she worked for many years in hospitality sales and event management, including assisting in the opening of a new hotel in downtown Boise. Rachel focuses on professional networking and builds meaningful connections within her field.

Passionate about building strong professional connections, Rachel thrives in environments where collaboration and client-focused solutions are at the forefront. Her ability to adapt and bring a creative touch to any challenge has allowed her to successfully bridge the gap between operational processes and client needs. Originally from Minnesota, Rachel moved to Idaho at a young age, where she has since become deeply embedded in the Boise community.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys the outdoors, crafting, gardening, baking, and—true to her event-planning background—hosting gatherings of all kinds. She and her husband, Alex, whom she met in 2021 and married in September 2024, share their home with two beloved Siamese cats, Sunny and Sophie. Rachel is also a devoted aunt to two nieces and one nephew. Being a wife and auntie are roles she cherishes above all. Whether she’s traveling with her husband to new places, trying exciting cuisines, or spending time with family, Rachel brings creativity, warmth, and energy to everything she does.
