I grew up never knowing the love of Jesus Christ so I didn’t really understand when, in September 2025, I felt a strong conviction come over me to go to church that I couldn’t ignore. After sharing and discussing this feeling with Nick, he suggested we simply start by reading the Bible and go from there.

We started by casually reading the Bible in the evenings and trying to learn about our Creator but quickly realized that God was the missing puzzle piece in our lives. Without Him, we were living to serve ourselves, to our own benefit, chasing things that never provided any meaning or fulfillment. Despite this, He still loved us and called to us as we were living in denial of His very existence.

We have found the true meaning of love in serving Christ and feel blessed to have this opportunity to live for something greater than ourselves. It has been an incredible, eye-opening journey that is hard to put into words, but we’re excited about where the Lord will lead us as we strive to follow Him daily.
